Built by an Operator
Independent cloud phone farm infrastructure expert. Operating at scale since 2020 from Cyprus. This is infrastructure built by someone who actually runs the farms.
Who We Are
phonefarm.online isn't a typical SaaS company. We're not a marketing-first agency that outsources technical work. We're not a consultancy with 200 employees and enterprise sales cycles.
We're something simpler and, I think, more valuable: independent operators who build infrastructure systems and help others do the same.
I've personally managed cloud phone farm infrastructure with 2,000+ concurrent instances since 2020. I've watched the industry shift from physical device warehouses to cloud-based abstractions. I've made every mistake in this space—and learned from them. Now I use that experience to help others scale reliably.
This is a solo operation. You're working directly with the person who built the systems, made the architectural decisions, and managed the daily operations. No handoffs to junior consultants. No "I'll escalate to my team." You get my direct expertise.
My Background: How I Got Here
2019: The Hardware Farm Era
I started in phone farming like most operators did—with physical devices.
Picture this: A co-working space in Nicosia, Cyprus. 30 Android phones in a storage closet. Power strips everywhere. One phone would break; I'd spend an hour troubleshooting hardware issues instead of scaling the business. Device aging was relentless. Shipping replacements from elsewhere in Europe took weeks.
The operation was profitable. Passive income niches, affiliate marketing, some social platform automation. But scaling was a logistics nightmare. Going from 30 to 100 devices meant renting actual space, getting cooling infrastructure, hiring someone to manage hardware.
I did the math: It was cheaper to move to cloud infrastructure than to manage more physical devices.
2020-2021: Learning Cloud at Scale
I started deploying cloud Android instances mid-2020. It was rough.
The first mistake: I thought cloud was a drop-in replacement for hardware. Same automation scripts, same orchestration logic, same proxy approach.
It wasn't. My first cloud setup crashed at 80 concurrent instances. The database couldn't handle the query load. The proxy provider rate-limited me. I had no monitoring, so I didn't see the failure until customers complained.
I spent 3 months rebuilding that entire infrastructure. Connection pooling, read replicas, Redis caching, multi-provider proxy integration. When I came back online at 120 instances, it was solid.
2021-2025: From Operator to Service Provider
By 2023, I started getting requests: "Can you help us build this?" "We're struggling at 100 devices—what are we missing?"
Instead of saying no, I started consulting. I'd audit failing setups, redesign broken infrastructure, and help operators scale properly.
That's where I discovered a painful pattern: Almost every operator I met was making the same 5–10 mistakes.
In 2025, I decided to package my expertise into clear, fixed-scope offerings on phonefarm.online.
My Philosophy on Operations
Stability Over Features
A phone farm that runs 99.7% uptime with basic automation is infinitely better than one that has advanced features but crashes every 2 days.
Isolation Enables Scale
You cannot scale multi-account operations without proper device isolation, network isolation, and identity isolation. This is non-negotiable.
Long-Term Client Success Matters More Than Short-Term Revenue
If I build you a system and you burn out 500 accounts in 3 months, I've failed. If I build you a system and you run profitably for 18 months, that's success.
Transparent Pricing, No Hidden Costs
My pricing is public. 450 EUR starter setup. Custom work quoted by complexity. Ongoing support by monthly retainer or hourly rate. No surprises.
Sustainable Operations, Not Escalation Ladders
I'm not trying to get you to buy premium tiers. If 50 devices solves your problem, that's what you should run. This is a long-term business model.
My Experience in Numbers
- Peak concurrent instances managed: 2,100 devices across multi-region cloud infrastructure
- Cumulative instances deployed: 40,000+ device provisioning/teardown cycles
- Average operation lifetime: 18–24 months (clients typically grow and graduate)
- Longest-running active farm: 31 months (still operational, 1,200 devices)
- Primary languages: Python (8+ years), Go (4+ years), Node.js (3+ years)
- Infrastructure expertise: Linux, Docker, PostgreSQL optimization, distributed systems
What I Actually Do
✓ What I Do Well
- Cloud phone farm architecture: Designing systems that scale from 10 to 1,000+ devices
- Infrastructure troubleshooting: Finding why your setup breaks and fixing it
- Automation optimization: Making tasks run faster, more reliably, less detectable
- Account isolation strategy: Proper fingerprinting, network separation, storage isolation
- Cost optimization: Reducing infrastructure spend by 30–60% through engineering
- Proxy integration: Multi-provider setup, smart rotation, geographical targeting
- Monitoring infrastructure: Building observability from day one
- Ongoing support: Scaling decisions, architecture adjustments, incident response
✗ What I Don't Do
- SaaS platforms: I don't build software-as-service dashboards
- Account creation services: I don't create accounts for you
- Task automation on your behalf: I build the infrastructure for YOUR automation
- Legal advice: I don't advise on what's legal in your jurisdiction
- Guaranteed platform compliance: I minimize detection risk, but no guarantees

Why Clients Choose phonefarm.online
- No corporate bullshit. You work with the actual technical operator, not a salesperson.
- Operations-first thinking. I optimize for stability and sustainability, not feature count.
- Transparency. Pricing is public. Scope is clear. No surprises.
- Real experience. I've actually run these systems at scale. Every recommendation comes from operational reality.
- Long-term partnership. I'm invested in your success because my reputation depends on it.
- Low startup cost. 450 EUR to get started. Unlike consultancies requiring 5K minimum.
Location & Timezone
I'm based in Nicosia, Cyprus and work in EET (Eastern European Time).
Most clients are in Central or Eastern Europe, so timezone overlap is good. I've worked with clients in the US, Asia, and Australia—scheduling takes care but it's doable.
Final Words
Phone farming isn't going away. Cloud infrastructure isn't a trend—it's the future.
But success isn't automatic. It requires proper architecture, operational discipline, and honest optimization.
I've built these systems from scratch. I've scaled them to 2,000+ devices. I've watched them fail, and I've fixed them.
That experience is now available to you.
If you're serious about building a sustainable, profitable phone farm operation, let's build it together.
